Attention Parents of Rising Sixth Graders and/or 12 Year Old Students:

Please note that all students entering sixth grade and/or will be 12 years of age on or after August 1, 2008 are required to have a booster dose of tetanus/diphtheria/pertussis vaccine.
Please provide Orange Charter School an updated immunization record before the first day of school.
